'UPSET BOULEVARD' RADIO PREMIÈRE (LISTEN HERE)

Post by Tyler on Wed Aug 08, 2012 6:47 am

So, how many of you heard Upset Boulevard premiere on BBC Radio 1 today?

I did, and I think it goes without saying from a band like Spector that it was FLAWLESS. I especially love the chorus, it's so catchy but meaningful - I think that's Spector's trademark. Making meaningful songs that are radio-friendly. I also really loved the outro, I have spoken with Fred before about the negativity of the digital age, and everything involved in that 'epilogue' section I totally agreed with.

What did you guys think?

IF YOU MISSED IT: You can listen to 'Upset Boulevard' [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

Here's a version without Huw Stephens talking at the start and the bit about home taping in it at the end (cough cough )

This track is just spectacular.
